Yes, it is possible to do so however keep in mind if you reset the master all your saved usernames and passwords will be wipped.

Is this about the master password on your mobile device ?

I don't think that on mobile you can easily recover from a forgotten master password and you may have to rest all internal Firefox data, so make sure to backup other important data.
