Hi,

Consider the following scenario - I'm surfing in a news site, now I click an article title down the list of articles. When I hit 'back', I get back to the TOP of the homepage and have to scroll/swipe down again to where I was.

This is really annoying.

Is there a way to get back to the same position in the homepage where I was?

Thanks

Hi

At present, much of our focus is on the new Firefox Preview browser that we are rolling out very soon. I have tried this situation that you mention in Firefox Preview and it does not appear to happen.

Hi @Seburo,

I've downloaded Firefox preview and tested this again. It still happens with this release as well.

You can try it with www.ynet.co.il (it's in Hebrew but you'll get the idea)

It works on some websites but not on all.

You could open a link in a new tab (middle click), read it, and close the tab.

Oh, you are on mobile. I did not notice.
