This feature is not working in Firefox. When clicking on the dictation icon an error message is received to the effect that Onenote does not have access to the laptops microphone. Onenote definetely does have the permission needed in Firefox, both in the page info and in the options. This feature works well in Edge.

I am finding this on two laptops one using Windows 10 Pro the other Windows 10 Home. Both are up to date. Therefore I assume that this is a bug in FF?

There is a similar problem with the free/consumer version of MS Word online when editing a OneDrive document. Microsoft's editor designs are a little complicated so I wasn't able to sort out what is causing the problem. You can skim that thread if you're interested in the analogy: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1303545

Thanks for the information. I tested Firefox on the Web Dictaphone and it recorded successfully. I had previously tested it with other sites with audio input capability and they were ok too. It seems that Mozilla and MS need to liaise to sort this out,

Thanks again,
