I can't send out emails, it keeps sending a message that reads as follows: I keep getting this message whenever I try to send an email: An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: p-impout006.msg.pkvw.co.charter.net cmsmtp Connection Rejected - see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip197.102.140.129 AUP # Out-1220

and have you contacted charter?

While you are chatting to them you might ask why they are linking to spamhause, but that organization has no block on the ip (your computers) address shown https://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/197.102.140.129

It sounds to me like Charter have their SMTP spam filtering all messed up. Please do not let them tell you is their web mail works then it is a Thunderbird problem. That just demonstrated the ignorance of the consultant on the phone.

Who is charter? I am not real computer savvy, so It takes a little more information/instruction for me to know what to do. Sorry, but thanks for the information.
