I'm on Android, and I've been trying to enable Enterprise Roots in about:config so that Adguard can filter Firefox. However, the flag keeps resetting itself after each launch.

Is this a bug? If so, where should I report it? If not, what have I done wrong?

No, it won't work anymore. There should be a switch Use third party CA certificates in Secret settings. But I'm not sure if it's available in your version.
