Secure connection failed
I am trying to sign into my bank which I have done for many years using your browser and suddenly you are telling me it is not a secured connection. What's up with that! I can change to Chrome if you cannot assist me!
Chosen solution
Firefox is saying that it is not able to make a secure connection to the server you requested for one reason or another. It is not a commentary on whether your bank's website is okay.
On the error page, is there a code starting with SEC_ERROR or other ALL_CAPS code? Sometimes you need to click an "Advanced" button to reveal the code.
The following article has advice on many of the codes, but please let us know what you are seeing and whether anything in that article was helpful:

You can check the connection settings.
- Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
See "Firefox connection settings":

You can do a malware scan just to be sure.
