Hi Ray, if you will have both computers active at the same time, it may be simplest to use Firefox Sync. More info: How do I set up Sync on my computer?

If you only have a backup of your old computer, or you prefer not to use Sync, you may have the relevant files on disk. They are stored in a hidden folder, so you need to set Windows to show hidden files and folders in order to find them.
