If I have a synced tab which is playing a video such as YouTube, would there be a way for me to watch part of the video on one computer and when I view the synced tab on another computer, the video will be at the correct place?

Hmm, I think only the URL is transferred. Although it is possible to get a link to the current time of the video through the sharing feature, you normally would go through the trouble of generating AND loading that link so it could be Sync'd. Maybe someone else has an idea.

Maybe use "Send Tab to Device" to send the link of the current play position (it is a &t=xxx parameter with xxx the number of seconds) if you want to continue the video on another device (you need to open the link in a tab).

  • Copy video URL at current time
