A few days back I submitted an extension for my website [Apex Coins] gamersarenapro to firefox extensions and it was approved and working fine but after some time it was deleted by firefox theme can you please tell me what went wrong?

Hmm based on what your website is about, the extension may not have been allowed as per the AMO Add-on Policies/
