I have been using Outlook 2010 and Win7 64bit for years and have an extensive history stored in Outlook 2010 folders. A few years ago I started using Gmail, but still imported all the email to Outlook 2010. From the Outlook 2010 inbox, I continued to add to my "history folders" in Outlook 2010. Example I have "Travel Family" folder and its sub-folders for each trip we have taken since 2003.

I would like to move these folders and the information within them to Thunderbird. How can I do this?

You install Thunderbird in the machine with the working copy of outlook and you select to import from outlook when you are prompted.
