I get a message to update the VPN, go thru the steps but it never updates. I uninstalled the VPN & downloaded Firefox again; did a restart but Firefox will open but does not display anything. Can you please advise on how to fix the Firefox problem? Thank U!

If Firefox starts but does not display any content after uninstalling the Mozilla VPN and you are still having this problem, this is a known issue. See the following discussion: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/forums/contributors/715120 Mozilla VPN uninstall may break Firefox (nothing loads, vcruntime error)
