I can't setup my email account on thunderbird . It says "Incoming server already exists.". when i go to the inbox it says that the name "... @bak.rr.com or password ... " is wrong . Enter new password. I have tried this on other email apps and it goes right to my email account. I like Thunderbird and have been using it for years . Please help me setup my account on this computer. This is a new computer.

If this is a fresh TB install on a new computer, then there should be no Inbox yet. Find your profile folder and delete it (send to Recycle Bin), but Quit Thunderbird first. When you launch Thunderbird, it will create a new profile that has no accounts or anything else added. Setup the account using the correct settings as published by your email provider.

Go to Profiles - Where Thunderbird stores your messages and other user data for more info.
