Hi, I've just reinstalled my firefox browser and I have some issues: - I can't install ANY add-on, even the ones from Mozilla Firefox itself, I get the message "Installation aborted because the add-on appears to be corrupt." on all of them - I can't add another language on my browser and get an error message "Firefox can't update your languages right now" - The screenshot option doesn't work, on any page

I have already tried deleting and removing all data from Firefox, and reinstalling it again but it doesn't work. I'm really at a loss with what to do.

Thanks

Hey, Have you tried refreshing the browser? Will attach a link for detailed steps on refreshing Firefox for a possible fix. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

That message has confronted Windows users who have security software, particularly ESET. See for example https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1381931
