If you did not send it to yourself then obviously it is not legit. It is a common scam when people try to make it look like it was from you, so From and To are your email address! It's just a method used to stop filters diverting the email into Junk. Why? Because you are not going to block anything that is 'FROM' yourself nor 'TO' yourself.
