I use the above site to watch replays of the NFL. Upon updating the browser to the latest version, the page no longer loads the video content. It was working fine on the previous version and is working fine using Microsoft Edge. Can you please suggest a resolution?

Thank you

Hi masana136,

Please follow these below steps ;

1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, cached data and cookies can cause issues with website functionality. To clear your cache and cookies in Firefox, you can follow these steps:

  • Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the browser.
  • Select "Options."
  • In the left sidebar, click on "Privacy & Security."
  • Under the "Cookies and Site Data" section, click on "Clear Data."
  • Make sure both "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are selected.
  • Click "Clear."

2. Disable Browser Extensions: Browser extensions or add-ons can sometimes interfere with website functionality. Try disabling your extensions one by one to see if any of them are causing the issue. You can do this by:

  • Click on the menu icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select "Add-ons."
  • In the left sidebar, click on "Extensions."
  • Disable or remove extensions one at a time and check if the website loads properly after each change.

3. Check for Firefox Updates: Ensure that you have the latest version of Firefox installed. Updates may include fixes for known issues. To check for updates, go to the Firefox menu, select "Help," and click on "About Firefox."

4. Safe Mode: Try running Firefox in Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all add-ons and custom settings. If the website works in Safe Mode, it's likely that an extension or setting is causing the problem. To start Firefox in Safe Mode, you can:

  • Click on the menu icon in the top-right corner.
  • Click on "Help."
  • Select "Restart with Add-ons Disabled."

5. Check for Content Blocking: Make sure that content blocking is not causing the issue. You can check this by clicking the shield icon in the address bar. If content blocking is active on the website, you may need to adjust your settings or disable it for that specific site.

6. Try a Different User Profile: Create a new Firefox user profile to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, issues are specific to a particular profile. You can create a new profile by running the following command in the Windows Run dialog or Command Prompt: firefox.exe -P

Thanks regards
