Steps to reproduce:

Open settings > general > updates area. Select "new functions and changes" link. There click on "file a bug in Bugzilla".

Actual results:

A white page opens. Maybe it still tries to load (see screenshot).

Expected result:

The bugzilla page should load.

I already filed a bug in bugzilla but it was said that it is a network issue but bugzilla does load on the same device.

I suggest you file a bug in Bugzilla using your browser. The link on the release notes takes you here https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/home

I already did file a bug in Bugzilla, but the person there said that they can not do anything if my network connection does not load Bugzilla because it is outside of the control of the codebase.

Then I said that it loads on my browser. Then some else said that I should contact the add-on author if I was using one (I'm not) or otherwise post here.

Actually the link on the release page is the one that does not open in the Thunderbird-Browser window.

Please don't file bugs using Thunderbird.

And please when saying you did X somewhere provide the link - saying you "filed a bug" doesn't get us to the bug report.

The reason I opened the bug report was because it was not working, not because I wanted to file a bug report via Thunderbird. I though that this might be some general problem with the thunderbird web viewer.

Here is the link to the bug report: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1906674
