I am using Thunderbird (ver. 128.1.0esr) as my email client. I have two Internet Service providers: Xfinity(Comcast) and AT&T. I can't send emails when using AT&T but can when using Xfinity. Can receive emails OK on both. Why is this?

If the error appears when sending from AT&T, it's because you're trying to send on the Comcast smtp server. Create an smtp for AT&T, if it doesn't already exist, and set the AT&T account to send on that smtp.
