I've been using Firefox for a few months now to follow online training courses or videos on the conversation papillon (www.conversationpapillon.com) and conversation santé (www.conversationsante.com) websites. For a few weeks now, the videos are no longer accessible on the pages of these two sites. The window of the video is empty. However, if I try the same link in Google Chrome, it works fine. I've contacted the publishers of these two sites, who tell me that nothing has changed on their sites in recent weeks. He advised me to contact you to find out more. Can you help me?
