Every time Firefox opened

3.6 upgraded atomatically

I suggest you to try these steps: Have you tried Firefox in safe-mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode?s=safe+mode&as=s If you click the File menu, is Work Offline checked? Is Firefox granted internet access by your firewall? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firewalls?s=firewall+blocks+access&as=s
