How to return the standard number of panels when all of them was closed?

more options

I did close the navigation and menu panels (to get wider view) and now cannot get them back (cannot find how to open 'view' menu another way, not using the upper panel that now closed). What should I do?

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark. Also check-mark the Navigation bar.
