When I try to download Adobe Flash Player 10.1 I get a message saying "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page." and prompts me to install missing plugins, which when selected doesn't find a plugin that helps me.

When i press the button to install missing plugin it tells me that tthere are no suitable plugins and gives me the option to download a file called gp.xpi from http://platformdl.adobe.com.
