when youtubed,I don't find mp4 files in the download list as earlier

whn i watch youtube videos, earlier i could get the mp4 link of the file in the download list(of course the effect of firefox extension). but now i don't get the mp4 extension instead i get on flv 360p etc. plz instruct.

If you use the [ https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/3006 Video DownloadHelper] extension then you can check the options to enable a button on the YouTube website to switch between FLV and MP4 (Capture > YouTube)
