Hello. I run Windows Vista on a Toshiba laptop and use Firefox 3.6.11 I am attempting to watch a movie via the NetFlix "instant watch" feature. I have noticed that both movies tend to be a bit dark. I cannot find any settings options to change the brightness or contrast within Firefox.

I am also looking into the NetFlix help site in case this is JUST with their movies. I am mostly just curious to know if it is possible to change these settings.

ALSO - changing the computer's settings does not affect the problem in any way either better or worse.

Did you check the monitor settings for contrast and brightness by displaying a gray scale image ?

I did finally manage to find the options to change the settings. I have played around with it a bit and it seems to have helped greatly. Thank you!
