I've got a dual boot system (Linux & Windows) and have Firefox on both operating systems. Is there any way to get Firefox to use the same bookmarks on both systems or import the bookmarks from my Windows Firefox to the Linux Firefox system?

Not bookmarks alone, you would have to share the entire Profile, see this:

It can cause problems because Linux uses different file paths than Windows and some files in the profile folder store absolute file paths. So it is possible that you encounter problems if you share the same Windows location of the profile folder.
