Scrolling works on my other apps, however it does not work on Firefox. Like, so, whats up?

Firefox 3.6.12 is the current browser. In the past all of 3.6 versions have been used. This scrolling problem has been in effect for a long time with version 3.6.

Scrolling is effective via arrow keys. I just discovered this factor.

Mouse is number 848nm stated on the bottom.
