I'm not a web page designer, but this is what the problem look like to me. Looks good in IE8, Safari 5.0.1 and Opera 11.00, but wrong in Firefox 3.6.15.

Menu bar and Flash are positioned too high in the page, and there is a stray artifact in the middle of the Menu bar --> and the Menu items don't appear.

Right-click your page in Firefox and select View Page Source. Where you are closing the Header DIV, it looks like a messed up closes header comment with an extra < and extra !--

I can't post the complete string as it appears, this forum software see's it as a comment and doesn't display it at all. Firefox is picky with double hyphens, for every pair between < & > it toggles the comment on/off in some situations.

After that, your Footer DIV is not being read by Firefox, that's why it is all green type in the Source in Firefox's source viewer. Doesn't start reading your code again until the Flash object.
