It happens every time I open Firefox 4 or when I open a new window with Firefox 4. This never happened with the previous version. I wish I could switch back, but I can't seen to find them.

That indicates that you are using an add-on that is not compatible with Firefox 4. For details of how to troubleshoot this to find out what one is causing the problem see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Troubleshooting+extensions+and+themes

Checking your list of extensions the likely cause of this error is Browser Highlighter from eBay. The Kondra organization are involved in the development of that add-on. Disabling or uninstalling that add-on may resolve this.
