My Google toolbar provides an Autofill option. I'm trying to reduce the screen real estate by eliminating redundant toolbars. Firefox provides most of the tools I need.

If you're trying to save space, take a look at this add-on which allows you to specify the width of tabs: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/custom-tab-width/

If you just want the autofill feature of the toolbar, you can uninstall the toolbar and use the Autofill Forms add-on. This is a full featured forms completion add-on and will only display one button on the toolbar - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/autofill-forms/

Thank you for the reference. I'll attempt to use the outlined procedure the next time I have a repetitive form to fill out.

The Google procedure seems to be more intuitive and remembers and secures names, addresses, phone numbers and credit card information - and fills out the information in a wide range of forms with a click of the button on its toolbar.

Still not sure how this works with Firefox since there is no autofill button to click on its toolbar.
