Firefox installed an update this morning and in the process asked to disable one of my microsoft programs; when it was all over, firefox gave me a message saying it did not re-enable the microsoft program and now I cannot access a website that I used to access with ease.

Firefox doesn't disable "programs", but it does disable Firefox Add-ons - for two reasons.

1. The Add-on is on the Blocklist.
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/blocklist/

2. There is a compatibility issue with the Add-on.

We could tell you more if we knew the name of that "program".

Thank you. Firefox said there was a compatibility issue with a Windows item; unfortunately, I did not make note of the item because Firefox said it would re-enable it as soon as Firefox did its update. After the update it came back with a message saying it could not re-enable my Windows itsm. Is there anyway I could just just undo whatever Firefox did this morning, including going back to the Firefox version I had before the update? Thank you
