What is the point of the "keywords" field in the Library window?

I use the tags feature in the library window to help me search through hundreds of bookmarks. It is great and very useful. But I don't understand the point of also having a "keywords" field. It appears to me that the keywords are not searchable so why is the field there. Am I missing something? Thanks

Chosen solution

You can assign a keyword to a bookmark for easy access and for passing extra parameters like search terms.
