I use windows 7 and my add-ons are all updated, yet recently any in-line attachments can not be viewed on email, but they work fine if I use internet explorer on the same computer- why?

I have yahoo mail, and use windows 7. I can no longer view in-line attachments on my email. Sometimes I can right-click on the text file description if there is one, and open to view image; sometimes the inline attachment and text is gone all together. If I use Internet explorer on the same computer, my in-line images are all ok. How do I fix this?

I did reconfig, everything, no luck...then I reset Firefox that was recommended in one of the links, and all is well with the world again. Thanks. How this was working fine for the past year, then suddenly not, is a mystery.
