I cannot see pdf pages. When I click on a pdf link (for example to view a bank statement), a new window pops up but it is always blank. I have to go to Chrome or IE to see it. How can I get FF to show pdfs?

Make sure you have the Adobe Plugin installed. type "about:plugins" in the address bar and check if Adobe acrobat is there.

If not, you may need to get it from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7
