Chosen solution

Press F10 or tap the Alt key to bring up the "Menu Bar" temporarily if the Menu Bar is hidden.

Hit the Alt key (Cmd for Mac) to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.

NMU doesn't block any features on FireFox... or other browsers.
