Why do some of the websites I am trying to access not load... on BOTH my PC and laptop. Seems to mostly be those associated with payments/carts but not always. Any assistance will need to be in non- or limited-tech language. Thank you!! VS

-Windows 7 OS -I don't believe it could be a problem with my routers (80 foot tower w/cable hooked to the router in the phone closet; 2 wireless routers connected to the LAN) since the up/download speeds seem fine plus all connectable websites operate perfectly. -I downloaded Web Developer about 2 weeks ago -I have already 'unchecked' all the boxes in Java advanced. -My Internet service provider had to change from a variable to static IP address about 2 weeks ago.

Or just with Firefox?
