I am trying to download templates from Word for greeting cards. I get a message saying I should make sure I'm connected to the internet - which I am. I also tried to download a game (Klondike Solitaire from Free Solitaire.com and the headings come up and the ads come up, but the card game doesn't and it always did with IE.

Hi,

You may have to look into the MS Office connection settings. Posting in a MS Office forum would be helpful regarding the settings.

You may have to download the Solitaire game and install it to play the game. The site http://solitaire.com/ says "In the past, we were part of Internet Explorer. We're now a stand-alone program, which allows us to work on Windows-based computers that use browsers other than Internet Explorer and on new operating systems, such as Vista. And our new version gives much faster connection speeds to opponents!"
