E-Trade: when clicking on a stock symbol the research page suddenly disappears one or two seconds after loading leaving only a portion of a graphic in the upper left hand corner of the failed page. Is my Firfox software corrupted??

This only happens when I am on my E-trade pages. When I clik on a stock symbol on a portfolio page to go to a research page, the research page loads but disappears within 2 seconds leaving only small "alert" flag and notice in the upper left hand corner or a graphic of a "slider" bar. Has my software for this site been corrupted? Using Firefox, does not happen with Safari. Thanx.

Try reading Websites look wrong (specifically the clearing the cache section). It sounds like Firefox is displaying the page improperly, and that article can help you resolve it.
