Firefox crashes - Stops Responding

more options

Firefox stops responding when I try to watch a video on some websites and it has the same problem even after restarting it. However, after several crashes it plays the video. But I attempted the same website with IE, it did not have any problem loading the site and the video.

First, you are running an older version of Firefox. Please update to Firefox 13 to make sure you get all the most recent security fixes as well as crash fixes.

This does look like it might be an issue with Flash, so once you are updated, if you still get the issue, let's try to repair Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

First of all thanks for your help. I updated my firefox to version 13. I have already disabled realplayer web download and recording, so there is not any problem with flash player protected mode. However, the mentioned problem continues to exist in specific websites. I tried to get the new crash report as I already got for previous crashes, but I failed to do so.
