when i try to browse to "https://play.google.com/" on office network I receive the following message "The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few

   moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
   connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."

while IE9 is able to successfully browse the website, and because I know that there is a hardware firewall in the office network, i tried to connect at home and was able successfully to browse the website with Firefox

now i tried all the suggestions from this link

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/server-not-found-connection-problem?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Server+not+found#w_firefox-cannot-load-websites-but-other-browsers-can

but nothing could solve the problem, so why IE9 can browse this particular website behind the firewall while Firefox cannot?!!!!

play.google.com is a very important website for me to browse for my phone applications, and it is easier to browse it on my laptop rather than my mobile for better searching, I am sure you understand, but i don't want to keep two browsers opened because it hit my laptop, so either i had to stop Firefox or IE9, so please help me to stop using IE9
