I'm not receiving e-mails from ANCESTRY.com, (why was it put on do not email list?). Help needed to correct.

I have a paid subscription/membership to Ancestry.com. Have not rec'd any emails from them since October. They say my email address has been put on a "do not email list". I contacted Ancestry and asked that emails from them be "white listed" -- "allowed to go through to my inbox", but they cannot bypass the block, so I guess all their emails are sent to my spam folder.

I also contacted Yahoo & they checked their servers and found no problem. How can I resolve this problem of emails from Ancestry going into my spam folder?

My most recent Yahoo msg. states you can use the Yahoo! Mail help pages (http://postmaster.yahoo.com) to resolve this problem. Will you please help me???

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". Seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
