How do you retrieve saved bookmarks off of Time Machine? I tried to do it the same way I retrieve Safari but it doesn't work

Recently my Mac 0S X 10.6.8 was reconfigured to the original settings and I lost all my Firefox bookmarks. I was able to restore my Safari bookmarks from my harddrive and using the same method attempted to restore Firefox. That method didn't work. My harddrive does seem to have a Firefox Bookmark folder - how can I restore these?
