How can I assign a keyboard shortcut to a menu item that has no shortcut assigned?

Hoping I just missed how to do this in my scanning of the help.

For example, "Tools... Page Info" has no keyboard shortcut. How can I assign one?

I installed the "Customizable Shortcuts" add-on, but that only allows you to change items that already have shortcuts, not assign one to an item that doesn't already have one (unless I missed how to do that in the add-on).

as far as I know, there's no way to do it, You may, however, - use of the Windows (background) applications, based on Sendkeys - for instance AutoHotKey.

My own experience makes me hesitant - CtrlQ in FX may mean something completely different, say ... in PayPal;)? Of course, one limits the space of valid applications for a given combination... but still...
