Whenever I update Addons, thier pages automatically appears in TABS and they keep on opening in TABS whenever I open browser e.g. WiseStamp etc.., how to stop this ?

You did not list your extensions. Some extensions may provide information when you update them, or when Firefox updates. I would normally anticipate that if you then close that tab it will not reopen again unexpectedly.
