Hi.

I'm Russian, and for chating I'm use russian language. But also I like to surf in the internet, using english. And there is a problem. When I'm surfing, and some one write to me, I forgot to change keyboard layout from EN to RU, and start taping message something like this: "rfrjt-nj cjj, otybt lkz ghbvthf". And after that I have to delete massage, change keyboard layout, and retype message.

Why just Firefox wouldn't remember keyboard layout for each tab? Seriously, we're living in 21-st century. There're face recognising programms and 3d printers! But this is just small problem, which is very annoying.

That is not possible.
Windows remembers the selected layout per application and you can't set the input language for individual tabs.

You would at least have to use multiple Firefox instances, each with their own profile (don't know if that works).

See:

You can use the -no-remote command line switch to open another Firefox instance with its own profile and run multiple Firefox instances simultaneously.
