When pressing the ctrl+shift+T key combination, nothing happens. It's supposed to reopen the last tab I closed, but it doesn't do that.

I checked the History > Recently Closed Tabs, and it looks normal with the tabs displaying and I'm able to reopen the tabs there but not with the keyboard shortcut.

This started this morning or yesterday evening after I updated to version 27.0.
