Do you ask people to take part in a survey?
This morning when I went to the Firefox Help Screen I got a message box near the top of the page asking if I wanted to do a survey. I clicked on the words saying that I would do the survey and filled in my email address in the box provided.
It's now night-time and as no one has been in touch I am worried that this was a scam and that I might have picked up some sort of infection as a result.
I have done a full scan with Microsoft Security Essentials and nothing was found but I'm still worried and would welcome a reply to my question as to whether this was a genuine Mozilla survey or a scam.
Many thanks.

Hi,
There's no need to worry. The forum is set up like that. This is a genuine Mozilla survey.

You haven't picked up anything malicious and I don't think anyone is supposed to contact you. The results (afaik) get sent back to the developers or some team at Mozilla.
