I'm having issues viewing Netflix, but only with Firefox. IE works fine.

I can view my Netflix homepage just fine but when I click on a movie to watch, no movie just grey screen. I'm not even getting an error message. Both Firefox and Silverlight are up to date on my laptop, and I can watch movies if I switch to IE (ugh), so I'm thinking its just a Firefox issue?

I had the same problem. There's an easy solution - click anywhere on the gray part of the screen. A window will open asking if you want to activate Silverlight. Click on "Allow and Remember." Netflix will now work.
