When I try to load image from http://mediacdn.siteheart.com/widget/sh/20140729192546/img/logo.png Firefox redirect me to https://mediacdn.siteheart.com/widget/sh/20140729192546/img/logo.png . And there I see an error: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain

it appears that this picture is part of a cdn. maybe you came across a site hosted on that same CDN in the past that set a HSTS policy.

you can use the following addon to inspect that: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/force-tls/

Hi Thanks for using firefox.

I see that the link is opening properly with http:// in my PC. However, sometime if the admin of the site (*.siteheart.com/*) configured .htaccess rule for all http:// link to be redirected and opened thru https:// only, users may face the similar issue.

Kindly try the link again by clearing the cache of your browser.

If the issue still exist, check your PC date and time. In some case, the certificate issue comes from wrong system time and date which rectifies the problem after changing the correct date and time.

Have a nice day.

You probably have the HTTPS Everywhere add-on installed.

To check if an issue is caused by one of your add-ons, restart Firefox with Add-ons Disabled.

If the problem goes away in Safe Mode, you can either try to determine which add-on is to blame, or you can Reset Firefox and get rid of them all.

Hi, Thanks for reply. I tried to clean browser cache and sync datetime via time-b.nist.gov, but the problem still remained.

In chrome this problem is not occurs.

More info: this picture (http://mediacdn.siteheart.com/widget/sh/20140729192546/img/logo.png) loading as the part of online consultant widget on my site. Image tag looks like <img src="//mediacdn.siteheart.com..."/>. My site works via http only so i think Firefox must try to load image also via http, but its not do that. Instead its try to load image via https.

I am not installed HTTPS Everywhere.

I also try Safe Mode, but redirecting to https still occurs.

I dont think that reseting Firefox realy easy way, because I will need to spend some hours to tuning FF, install all extensions again, export/import data etc. No, this is not easy way) As well problem with redirecting occurs only with one domain (mediacdn.siteheart.com) not all domains I visit.
