Just updated from 31.0 to 33.0 and lost every entry in my password manager. I still have all my bookmarks, but all usernames and passwords are gone. I have already tried the so-called "fix" of resetting signon.importedFromSqlite/delete logins.json to no avail.

Can I just roll back to 31.0 at this point? If so, where can I find a download for that? All I can find on Mozilla is a download for 32.0.

Thank you!

hello Vicki56, in case you have it installed please try to remove the "remember passwords" addon (this is now longer needed, since firefox is now ignoring the autocomplete=off parameter in password fields by default), restart the browser and see if this is making any difference?

Disable or remove Add-ons

Philip, thank you for your reply. I don't have the "remember passwords" add-on that you suggested I remove. Any other ideas?

TY!

in this case could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? maybe this might give us a clue what is going on...
