Yesterday one of my colleague's Thunderbird was working fine. But when he returns from lunch and opens his Thunderbird to check his emails he found when he click on any email every email content was blank. He asked me to check this problem, when i investigated i found that his Thunderbird was only showing Inbox & Trash, no Sent folder was there in Thunderbird. Then i checked his path of Email stored & i found that where his all emails were saved there were only 4 files.

1. Inbox 0KB 2. Inbox.msf 386KB 3. Trash 0KB 4. Trash.msf 7KB

No Sent files were there & Inbox & Trash size was 0KB.

Almost same kind of situation happens with one other colleague when she found that from her Inbox almost 2 months emails were wipe off.

By chance, did Thunderbird update to version 31.5.0 in the prior 24-48 hours?
