When initiating a Hello video conference, the calling system shows the video in a pop-up window that can easily be resized. But the answering system has the video in a tab and the size of the video seems to be fixed. How we can we get the same effect on the answering system as on the calling system?

Can't you "click" on the tab "and drag" it below the "tabstrip" to open it in a new window all by itself?

Sorry to take so long to respond. Yes, making it a separate window does let me resize it on the receiver end. Not cosmetically as nice as the pop-up window on the calling end, but adequate.
